摘　　要：目的研究新媒体健康教育对门诊结肠镜受检者肠道准备的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月在牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院接受结肠镜检查人员3552例,随机分为实验组和对照组,(各1776例)。对照组给予常规健康宣教,实验组使用新媒体健康教育。对比两组的干预效果。结果实验组受检者结肠镜检中肠道清洁度、舒适度均比对照组高,相关不良反应发生率比对照组低,健康宣教知识执行率与复检率均比对照组高,P<0.05。结论新媒体健康教育可提高门诊结肠镜受检者肠道准备中的舒适度与清洁度,减少不良反应,改善其健康宣教知识执行率及复检意愿。Objective:To study the influence of new media health education on intestinal preparation of outpatients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,3552 patients who received colonoscopy in Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,(with 1776 patients in each group).The control group was given routine health education,while the experimental group used new media health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the intestinal cleanliness and comfort of the subjects in the experimental group were higher,the incidence of related adverse reactions was lower,and the implementation rate and reexamination rate of health education knowledge were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The new media health education can improve the comfort and cleanliness of intestinal preparation for outpatients with colonoscopy,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the implementation rate of health education knowledge and the willingness to re-examine.
