摘 要:目的研究对乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中采取回授法健康教育的有效性。方法选择2023年12月至2024年1月期间在广东省人民医院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和参照组,每组30例。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组在参照组基础上加用回授法健康教育。比较两组住院时间、心理状态、知识知晓度和满意度。结果试验组住院时间比参照组短,干预后心理状态明显优于参照组,知识知晓度与护理满意度均高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中应用回授法健康教育可缩短住院时间,改善患者心理状态,并有助于提高患者知识知晓度和满意度。Objective:To study the effectiveness of feedback health education in perioperative nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from December 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given feedback health education on the basis of the reference group.The hospitalization time、mental state、knowledge awareness and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the mental state after intervention was obviously better than that of the reference group,and the knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedback health education in perioperative nursing care of breast cancer patients can shorten hospitalization time,improve patients'psychological state,and help to improve patients'knowledge awareness and satisfaction.
