摘　　要：目的探究对儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎开展耳轮6区放血治疗的临床效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月在佛山市妇幼保健院门急诊接受治疗的患儿,均为化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,选取100例纳入研究。以随机信封抽签法分组,分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂治疗,实验组在此基础上采用耳轮6区放血治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果对比治疗总有效率,实验组(94.00%)较对照组更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组血清炎性指标C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数、末梢血血清淀粉样蛋白A水平水平均对照组更高,扁桃体红肿消退时间、脓性分泌物消退和吞咽功能恢复时间均较对照组更短,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用耳轮6区放血疗法治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎可提升康复效果,减轻炎症反应,加速患儿扁桃体症状消退。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bloodletting in area 6 of helix on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:100 children with suppurative tonsillitis in outpatient and emergency department of Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dry suspension,and the experimental group was treated with bloodletting in zone 6 of helix.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group(94.00%)than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory index C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and serum amyloid A level in peripheral blood in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the time for tonsil swelling to subside,purulent secretion to subside and swallowing function to recover was shorter than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bleeding therapy in the 6th region of helix can improve the rehabilitation effect,reduce the inflammatory reaction and accelerate the regression of tonsil symptoms in children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.
