传统PICC置管与隧道式PICC置管对长期治疗的肿瘤患者静脉通路保留率及治疗依从性的影响比较

摘　　要：目的比较传统PICC置管与隧道式PICC置管对长期治疗的肿瘤患者静脉通路保留率及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2022年2月至2024年5月期间于广东省珠海市第五人民医院接受PICC置管治疗的70例肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用传统PICC置管,观察组采用隧道式PICC置管。比较两组静脉通路保留时间、导管相关并发症发生率、治疗依从性和生活质量。结果观察组静脉通路保留时间显著长于对照组,导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗治疗依从性得分及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论相比传统PICC置管,隧道式PICC置管在提高长期治疗的肿瘤患者静脉通路保留率,减少相关并发症,改善治疗依从性和生活质量方面均具有显著优势。Objective:To compare the effects of traditional PICC catheter and tunnel PICC catheter on the retention rate of venous access and treatment compliance of tumor patients after long-term treatment.Methods:From February 2022 to May 2024,70 tumor patients who received PICC catheter treatment in the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group used traditional PICC catheter,and the observation group used tunnel PICC catheter.The retention time of venous access、incidence of catheter-related complications、treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The retention time of venous access in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,the incidence of catheter-related complications was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of treatment compliance and quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional PICC catheter,tunnel PICC catheter has obvious advantages in improving the retention rate of venous access,reducing related complications,improving treatment compliance and quality of life of tumor patients after long-term treatment.
