摘  要:目的探究在门静脉成像中应用双低对比剂联合能谱CT成像技术的临床价值。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月期间惠州市第三人民医院收治的90例行门静脉CTV(CT静脉血管成像)患者。按照检查方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组接受常规CT扫描,研究中接受双低对比剂联合能谱CT成像技术检查。比较两组检查结果。结果研究组门静脉CTV各指标均高于对照组,P<0.05。与对照组相比,研究组辐射剂量、碘对比剂用量更少,CTDI、DLP及ED均更低,P<0.05。两组血管显影、三级以下分支显示及伪影评分对比,P>0.05。结论在门静脉成像中应用双低对比剂联合能谱CT成像技术具有显著优势,可获得较为满意的图像质量,且辐射剂量更低。Objective:To explore the clinical value of double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT imaging in portal vein imaging.Methods:90 patients with portal vein CTV(CT venography)admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.According to the different examination methods,they were divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional CT scanning,and the study was examined by double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT imaging technology.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of portal vein CTV in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the radiation dose and iodine contrast agent dosage in the study group were less,and CTDI、DLP and ED were lower,P<0.05.The contrast of angiography,branch display below grade 3 and false shadow evaluation between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:The application of double low contrast agent combined with energy spectrum CT imaging technology in portal vein imaging has obvious advantages,which can obtain satisfactory image quality and lower radiation dose.
