摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT后处理技术在眼眶外伤性骨折临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2023年1月至2024年7月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的100例眼眶外伤性骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规多层螺旋CT检查,观察组采用多层螺旋CT后处理技术检查。比较两组患者眼眶外伤性骨折检出率、诊断错误率和符合率。结果观察组共检出骨折患者49例,未检出1例,检出率98%、未检出率2%;对照组共检出骨折患者41例,未检出9例,检出率82%、未检出率18%;观察组检出率比对照组高,未检出率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT后处理技术在眼眶外伤性骨折诊断中显示出较高的应用价值,并能有效判断患者外伤性骨折类型。Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT postprocessing technology in the clinical diagnosis of orbital traumatic fracture.Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024,100 patients with orbital traumatic fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was examined by conventional multi-slice spiral CT,and the observation group was examined by multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology.The detection rate,diagnostic error rate and diagnostic coincidence rate of orbital traumatic fracture were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,49 cases of fracture were detected,but none was detected,with a detection rate of 98%and an undetected rate of 2%.In the control group,41 cases of fracture were detected,and 9 cases were not detected,with the detection rate of 82%and the undetected rate of 18%.The detection rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the undetected rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology shows high application value in the diagnosis of orbital traumatic fractures,and can effectively judge the types of traumatic fractures of patients.
