摘　　要：目的分析心肺功能运动试验(CPET)在心肺慢性疾病护理管理中的实践效果。方法选择2023年3月至2024年3月期间广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的80例心肺慢病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上接受根据CPET结果制定的个性化护理管理。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组相关指标明显优于对照组,生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,护理满意度也高于对照组,P<0.05。结论CPET在心肺慢病护理管理中的应用有助于改善患者心肺功能,提高运动耐力和生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the practical effect of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in nursing management of chronic cardiopulmonary diseases.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,80 patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group received personalized nursing management based on CPET results on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the related indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the scores of various dimensions of quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of CPET in nursing management of chronic cardiopulmonary diseases is helpful to improve patients'cardiopulmonary function,exercise endurance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
