舒适化护理结合心理疏导对白癜风紫外线光疗患者舒适度及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适化护理结合心理疏导对白癜风紫外线光疗患者舒适度及应对方式的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月期间在日照市皮肤病医院光疗室接受紫外线光疗的白癜风患者100例,按照护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受舒适化护理结合心理疏导。比较两组患者舒适度[Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)]与应对方式[医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]。结果干预后,观察组GCQ各维度得分均高于对照组,MCMQ中面对维度得分高于对照组,屈服维度、回避维度得分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论舒适化护理结合心理疏导应用于白癜风紫外线光疗患者中,可提高患者舒适度,促进患者积极应对疾病。Objective:To explore the influence of comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling on the comfort and coping style of patients with vitiligo treated by ultraviolet phototherapy.Methods:100 patients with vitiligo who received ultraviolet phototherapy in the phototherapy room of Rizhao Dermatology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling.Comfort[Kolcaba's Comfort Scale(GCQ)]and coping style[medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of GCQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of MCMQ in the face dimension were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of yield dimension and avoidance dimension were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling can improve the comfort of patients with vitiligo and promote them to actively cope with the disease.
