颅脑外伤患者术后护理中应用康复护理联合功能锻炼的价值

摘　　要：目的分析康复护理联合功能锻炼对颅脑外伤患者术后护理的临床价值。方法选择2022年11月至2023年12月期间贵州医科大学附属医院收治的60例颅脑外伤患者,按照就诊时间先后分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用术后康复护理,观察组采用术后康复护理联合功能锻炼。评估两组肢体功能、日常活动能力和并发症发生情况。结果干预后,相比对照组,观察组患者上肢、下肢运动功能、日常活动能力评分均较高,并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。结论在颅脑外伤患者术后护理中应用康复护理联合功能锻炼可改善患者肢体功能,提高日常活动能力,减少术后并发症。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise in postoperative nursing of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:From November 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with craniocerebral trauma in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise.The limb function,activities of daily living and complications of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of motor function and activity of daily living of patients in the observation group were higher,and the incidence of complications was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise in postoperative nursing care of patients with craniocerebral trauma can improve their limb function,improve their daily activities and reduce postoperative complications.
