主动防范风险护理对小儿支气管肺炎肺功能、护理质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究主动防范风险护理对小儿支气管肺炎肺功能、护理质量及并发症的影响。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月期间珠海市第五人民医院收治的82例支气管肺炎患儿。采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。研究组采用主动防范风险护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组症状消失时间、肺功能、护理质量、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组症状消失时间较对照组更短,护理后肺功能较对照组更优,护理质量评分较对照组高,并发症总发生率较对照组低,护理满意度较对照组高,P<0.05。结论主动防范风险护理可显著提升支气管肺炎患儿护理质量,改善患儿肺功能,加快症状缓解速度,且并发症发生率低,患儿满意度高。Objective:To explore the influence of active risk prevention nursing on lung function,nursing quality and complications of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:Eighty-two children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhuhai from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Randomly divided into study group and control group,41 cases in each group.The study group adopted active risk prevention nursing,while the control group adopted routine nursing.The symptom disappearance time、lung function、nursing quality、complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the lung function was better after nursing,the nursing quality score was higher,the total incidence of complications was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Proactive risk prevention nursing can significantly improve the nursing quality of children with bronchopneumonia,improve their lung function and speed up the remission of symptoms,with low incidence of complications and high satisfaction.
