摘　　要：目的分析整体护理干预在小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年10月期间珠海市第五人民医院收治的68例轮状病毒感染性腹泻画呢,依据就诊时间分为实验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用整体护理干预,对比两组干预效果。结果:实验组护理满意度评分比对照组低,症状改善时间与住院时间均比对照组少,并发症发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论对轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿采取整体护理干预可减少并发症与康复时间,改善护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of rotavirus-infected diarrhea in Zhuhai Fifth People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of treatment,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given holistic nursing intervention,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the symptom improvement time and hospitalization time were shorter,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Holistic nursing intervention for children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea can reduce complications and rehabilitation time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
