术后谵妄强化预防护理干预方案在心脏外科术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨术后谵妄强化预防护理干预方案在心脏外科术后患者中的应用效果。方法前瞻性纳入2022年4月至2023年4月于江门市中心医院行心脏外科手术患者110例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各55例。对照组采用术后常规谵妄护理干预方案,试验组采用术后谵妄强化预防护理干预方案。比较两组患者术后谵妄发生率、谵妄持续时间、康复相关指标及护理满意度。结果试验组术后谵妄发生率低于对照组,谵妄持续时间短于对照组,康复相关指标均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论术后谵妄强化预防护理干预方案应用于心脏外科术后患者可有效降低术后谵妄发生风险,加快术后康复进程,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of intensive preventive nursing intervention scheme for postoperative delirium in patients after cardiac surgery.Methods:110 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in Jiangmen Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were prospectively enrolled and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention scheme for postoperative delirium,while the experimental group adopted intensive preventive nursing intervention scheme for postoperative delirium.The incidence of postoperative delirium,delirium duration,rehabilitation related indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative delirium in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the duration of delirium was shorter than that in the control group,the related indexes of rehabilitation were better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The intensive preventive nursing intervention program for postoperative delirium can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative delirium,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process and improve nursing satisfaction.
