优质护理在鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估对接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者予以优质护理的效果。方法将74例于2023年1月至2024年2月期间在吉林大学第二医院接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者按照不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的鼻腔鼻窦症状评分、并发症发生率比对照组低,心理情绪比对照组好,生活质量比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可改善患者的鼻腔鼻窦症状与负面情绪,减少术后并发症,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:74 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who received endoscopic sinus surgery in the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 2023 to February 2024 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The symptom score of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and their psychological mood and quality of life were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can improve the symptoms and negative emotions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
