摘　　要：目的探讨在肩袖修补术患者术后肩关节功能锻炼中应用ADOPT模式联合家庭参与式延续性护理的效果。方法选择2023年1至2023年12月期间于泰兴市人民医院骨科行肩袖修补术治疗的患者60例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用家庭参与式延续性护理,观察组采用ADOPT模式联合家庭参与式延续性护理,比较干预效果。结果观察组总体康复依从性较对照组高,干预后Constant-Murley评分、Barthel指数评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在肩袖修补术患者术后肩关节功能锻炼中采用ADOPT模式联合家庭参与式延续性护理能有效提高其康复依从性,促进其肩关节功能与生活自理能力的恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of ADOPT joint family's participatory continuous nursing in shoulder joint functional exercise after rotator cuff repair.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent rotator cuff repair in the Department of Orthopedics,Taixing People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted family participation continuous nursing care,while the observation group adopted ADOPT mode and joint family participation continuous nursing care,compare the intervention effect.Results:The overall rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Constant-Murley score and Barthel index score were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting ADOPT mode and joint family's participatory continuous nursing in shoulder joint functional exercise after rotator cuff repair can effectively improve patients'rehabilitation compliance and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function and self-care ability.
