全程绿色通道护理在急诊小儿高热惊厥救治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨在小儿高热惊厥救治中展开全程绿色通道护理救治的意义。方法选择2022年9月至2024年3月期间就诊于广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心儿科急诊收治的1095例高热惊厥患儿,采用随机数表法分为2组。对照组547例采用常规急救措施,观察组548例采用全程绿色通道护理措施。对比两组患儿临床指标、体温情况。结果观察组退热、惊厥消失、住院、急救时间缩短,P<0.05。护理后1 h两组体温对比,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论全程绿色通道护理应用于高热惊厥患儿的护理中可稳定患儿体温,加速惊厥症状消失,改善患儿整体预后。Objective:Objective To discuss the significance of green channel nursing treatment in children.Methods:1095 children with febrile convulsions admitted to Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from September 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups by"random number method".In the control group,547 cases adopted routine first aid measures,and 548 cases in the observation group adopted whole-course green channel nursing measures.Clinical indicators and body temperature were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,fever decreased,convulsions disappeared,hospitalization and emergency treatment were shortened,P<0.05.Comparing the body temperature of the two groups 1 h after nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Whole-course green channel nursing can stabilize the body temperature of children with febrile convulsion,accelerate the disappearance of convulsion symptoms and improve the overall prognosis of children.
