小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究小儿支气管哮喘治疗中应用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗的效果。方法选择2023年2月至2024年2月期间临沂市妇幼保健院收治的100例支气管哮喘患儿,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组采用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果两组疗效比较,研究组较对照组更高,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率比较,P>0.05。研究组肺部阴影消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。两组炎性因子水平治疗前比较,P>0.05;治疗后研究组PCT、TNF-α及CRP水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。两组肺功能指标治疗前对比,P>0.05;治疗后研究组肺功能指标FEV1、FVC及PEF均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗支气管哮喘患儿安全性、有效性较高,可改善患儿肺功能,加快症状消退速度,促进机体炎症反应消退。Objective:To study the effect of low dose inhaled budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drugs,while the study group was treated with low-dose budesonide inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the study group was higher,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.The disappearance time of lung shadow、dyspnea、cough and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,the levels of PCT、TNF-αand CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The lung function indexes of the two groups were compared before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,the lung function indexes FEV1、FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Low-dose inhaled budesonide is safe and effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,which can improve children's lung function,speed up the regression of symptoms and promote the regression of inflammatory reaction.
