自拟黄柏方熏洗坐浴联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗肛周湿疹疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察自拟黄柏方熏洗坐浴联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗肛周湿疹的有效性和安全性。方法选取2023年06月到2023年10月期间在医院进行肛周湿疹治疗的患者共60例展开此次研究,通过随机数表法分组,分成对照组、治疗组,均30例。治疗组采用自拟黄柏方熏洗坐浴联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗,对照组采用温水坐浴和局部外涂卤米松乳膏治疗。比较两组的总有效率、肛周瘙痒、不良反应、炎性因子及生活质量。结果治疗组总有效率比对照组高,治疗1个疗程后渗液、瘙痒程度评分均比对照组低,IL-2比对照组高,IL-4及DLQI指数6个方面评分均比对照组低,P<0.05。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论自拟黄柏方熏洗坐浴联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗肛周湿疹效果确切,可减轻肛周渗液与瘙痒,缓解炎症反应,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of self-made Huangbaifang fumigation and sitz bath combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of perianal eczema.Methods:A total of 60 patients receiving perianal eczema treatment in our hospital from June 2023 to October 2023 were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-made Huangbaifang fumigation and bath combined with halometasone cream for external use,while the control group was treated with warm water bath and local application of halometasone cream.The total effective rate、perianal itching、adverse reactions、inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,higher response rates were achieved.After one course of treatment,the scores of exudation and pruritus were lower,IL-2 was higher,and IL-4 and DLQI index were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Self-made Huangbaifang fumigation and sitz bath combined with halometasone cream is effective in the treatment of perianal eczema,which can reduce perianal exudation and itching,relieve inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life of patients.
