针对性健康指导对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者脑梗死预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者接受针对性健康指导对脑梗死预后的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2023年12月期间宝应县人民医院收治的88例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者,采用随机数表法分为常规组和实验组,每组44例。常规组采用常规治疗措施,实验组采用针对性健康指导。对比两组患者血糖水平、脑梗死预后指标。结果实验组治疗后3项血糖指标、神经功能评分均低于常规组,肢体功能评分明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论针对性健康指导对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血糖水平的调节作用明显,可有效改善患者神经功能与肢体功能。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted health guidance on prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Baoying People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine treatment measures,while the experimental group was given targeted health guidance.The blood sugar level and prognosis index of cerebral infarction were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the three blood sugar indexes and neurological function scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,and the limb function score was significantly higher than that in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Targeted health guidance can obviously regulate the blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction,and can effectively improve the neurological function and limb function of patients.
