术后早期肠内营养支持在胃癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析术后早期肠内营养支持在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月期间北京大学人民医院收治的100例胃癌根治术患者,采用双色球法分为参考组和观察组,每组50例。参考组实施常规护理及肠外营养支持护理,观察组采取早期肠内营养支持护理。对比分析两组患者康复指标、并发症发生率与营养指标。结果观察组康复时间短于参考组,并发症发生率低于参考组,术后14 d营养指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论早期肠内营养支持护理可促进胃癌患者根治术后恢复,有利于预防术后并发症,改善患者营养指标。Objective:To analyze the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition support in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:100 cases of radical gastrectomy in Peking University People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by twocolor ball method.The reference group received parenteral nutrition support nursing,while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support nursing.The rehabilitation index,complication rate and nutritional index of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group,and the nutritional indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group 14 days after operation,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support nursing can promote the recovery of patients with gastric cancer after radical operation,prevent postoperative complications and improve the nutritional index of patients.
