摘　　要：中医认为,通过望诊和触摸经络腧穴等手段,医者可及时、准确地识别患者的病理反应区,并结合其他临床表现进行定性和定位诊断。这种诊断方法不仅体现了中医的整体观念,也强调了辨证施治的原则。经络腧穴不仅是诊断的关键,也是治疗的重要依据,通过刺激特定的穴位,可调节脏腑功能,达到治疗疾病的目的。针灸是中医常见的外治法之一,在临床上应用广泛。在针灸临床实践中,准确的诊断至关重要。除了常规的中医望、闻、问、切四诊外,经络腧穴诊断也是重要的诊断方法。本文基于经络腧穴理论,探讨针灸临床中经络腧穴诊断法的具体应用情况,旨在提高针灸临床治疗的有效性。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that doctors can identify the pathological reaction area of patients in time and accurately by means of visiting and touching meridians and acupoints,and make qualitative and localized diagnosis in combination with other clinical manifestations.This diagnostic method not only embodies the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,but also emphasizes the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Meridian acupoints are not only the key to diagnosis,but also the important basis for treatment.By stimulating specific acupoints,the function of zang-fu organs can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.Acupuncture is one of the common external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in clinic.In the clinical practice of acupuncture,accurate diagnosis is very important.In addition to the routine diagnosis of observation、smell、questioning and palpation in traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnosis of meridians and acupoints is also an important diagnostic method.Based on the theory of meridians and acupoints,this paper discusses the specific application of the diagnosis method of meridians and acupoints in acupuncture clinic,aiming at improving the effectiveness of acupuncture clinical treatment.
