摘 要:目的利用酚试剂紫外可见分光光度法测定工作场所中甲醛的含量,对实验过程中引入的不确定度进行分析评定,从而更加准确的了解测量结果的准确度和可靠程度。方法依据《工作场所空气有毒物质测定第99部分:甲醛、乙醛和丁醛》(GBZ/T 300.99-2017)中甲醛的溶液吸收-酚试剂分光光度法测定甲醛的含量,并依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1-2012)对测量过程中不确定度进行分析评定。结果当样品含量为1.1803 mg/m^(3)时,合成不确定度为2.2497×10^(-2)mg/m^(3),在置信概率为95%,取包含因子k=2时,其扩展不确定度为(1.1803±0.0450)mg/m^(3)。结论标准系列配制过程不确定度贡献最大,应当选择不确定度更低、浓度值更合适的标准储备液,配制过程尽量减少稀释步骤,降低不确定度引入。Objective To analyze and evaluate the uncertainty introduced during the experimental process by using phenol reagent UV visible spectrophotometry to determine the content of formaldehyde in the workplace,in order to more accurately understand the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.Methods According to GBZ/T 300.99-2017 Determination of toxic substances in the workplace air-Part 99:Formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,and butyraldehyde,the solution absorption of formaldehydephenolic reagent spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of formaldehyde,and the uncertainty in the measurement process was analyzed and evaluated according to JJF 10^(5)9.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty.Results When the sample content was 1.1803 mg/m^(3),the synthetic uncertainty was 2.2497×10^(-2)mg/m^(3).When the confidence probability was 95%and the inclusion factor k was set to 2,the expanded uncertainty was(1.1803±0.0450)mg/m^(3).Conclusions The uncertainty contribution of the standard series preparation process is the greatest.A standard stock solution with lower uncertainty and more suitable concentration values should be selected.The preparation process should minimize dilution steps and minimize the introduction of uncertainty.
