摘 要:抗侧滚扭杆是列车转向架上的主承力件,目前轨交机车使用的抗侧滚扭杆主要由金属轴管和扭臂分体连接组成,存在组件多、重量大等缺点。本文基于抗侧滚扭杆的实际应用工况,对抗侧滚扭杆进行复合材料一体化结构设计,并进行了仿真计算和试制测试,证明一体化复合材料抗侧滚扭杆在满足设计刚度要求的前提下实现了减少零件、降低重量的目的,具有一定的市场应用前景。Anti roll torsion bars are the main load-bearing components on train bogies.Currently,the anti roll torsion bars used in rail transit locomotives are mainly composed of metal axle tubes and torsion arms connected separately,which have disadvantages such as multiple components and heavy weight.This article is based on the practical application conditions of anti roll torsion bars,and designs a composite material integrated structure for anti roll torsion bars.Simulation calculations and trial production tests have been carried out to prove that the integrated composite material anti roll torsion bar achieves the goal of reducing parts and weight while meeting the design stiffness requirements,and has certain market application prospects.
