摘 要:近年来,针对未来高密度空域特征,国际民航组织和各国相继推出新航行系统规划,互联飞机、互联航空电子系统概念和产品应运而生。飞行管理系统是民用飞机的大脑,是航空电子系统的重要组成部分,当前国外大型航电供应商专注于互联飞行管理系统的研究和开发。我国自研5G通讯技术的发展和民航路线规划为互联飞行管理系统的自主研发提供了实施保障。通过对民用飞机、航空电子系统和飞行管理系统的现状和发展趋势分析,论证了互联飞行管理系统研发的必要性,并结合我国民航需求和通讯技术发展,分两个阶段实现互联飞行管理系统演进,基于电子飞行包(Electric Flight Bag,EFB)和云服务平台,扩展飞行管理功能的驻留载体,提升互联飞行管理系统功能。In recent years,in response to the characteristics of high-density airspace in the future,the International Civil Aviation Organization and various countries have launched new air transportation system plans.And the concepts and products of connected aircraft and connected avionics systems have emerged as the time require.Flight management system is the brain of civil aircraft and an important part of avionics system.At present,large avionics suppliers focus on the research and development of connected flight management system.The development of Chinese self-developed 5G communication technology and civil aviation route planning provide the implementation guarantee for the research and development of the connected flight management system.Based on the analysis of current civil aviation situation and development trend of aircraft,avionics system and flight management system,this paper demonstrates the necessity of the research and development of connected flight management system.Moreover,this paper combines the needs of civil aviation and the development of communication technology in China and realizes the evolution of the connected flight management system in two stages.Based on electric flight bag(EFB)and cloud service platform,the new system expands the residence carrier of flight management function.The expectation enhances the functions of the connected flight management system.
