摘　　要：“中国碗装中国粮”是国家新粮食安全观的具体体现和实践。本文基于马克思主义中国化视角,全面梳理了“中国碗装中国粮”的理论内容,深入剖析“中国碗装中国粮”的形成逻辑及其科学内蕴,在此基础上提出“中国碗装中国粮”的实践路径。具体来说,“中国碗装中国粮”的立足点是“以我为主、立足国内”,着眼点是“多元供给、应对需求”,平衡点是“适度进口、调剂余缺”。基于马克思主义中国化视角,“中国碗装中国粮”是中国共产党以人民为中心的直接体现、是坚持独立自主的根本要求。其科学内蕴深远且丰富,具体包括强大的粮食综合生产能力、强韧的粮食流通效率和稳固的国际粮源控制能力。步入新发展阶段,应坚持党的全面领导不动摇:一是要多措并举,全方位提高粮食综合产能;二是要践行大食物观,构建多元化食物供给体系;三是要构筑现代化粮食流通体系,提高粮食流通效率;四是要加强国际粮食合作,增强国际粮源控制能力,全方位确保“中国人的饭碗牢牢端在自己手里,饭碗里主要装中国粮”。The"Chinese food in Chinese bowls"is the concrete embodiment and practice of the new national concept of food security.Based on the perspective of Chinese nationalization of Marxism,this article comprehensively sorted out the theoretical content of"Chinese food in Chinese bowls",deeply analyzed the developing logic of"Chinese food in Chinese bowls"and its scientific content,and put forward the practical path of"Chinese food in Chinese bowls"on this basis.Specifically,the"Chinese food in Chinese bowls"is based on the foothold of"being self-centered and domestic-oriented",with a focus on"diverse supply,responding to demand"and a balance point of"moderate import,adjusting surplus and deficiency"."Chinese food in Chinese bowls"is a concrete embodiment of the CPC's people-centered approach,and a fundamental requirement of its independence.Its scientific content is far-reaching and rich,including strong comprehensive grain production capacity,strong grain circulation efficiency and solid control of international grain sources.As we enter a new stage of development,we should adhere to the Party's overall leadership,and ensure that"the rice bowls of the Chinese people are firmly in our own hands and filled mainly with Chinese food"by taking multiple measures to improve comprehensive food production capacity in all aspects;practicing the concept of“big food”to build a diversified food supply system;building a modernized food distribution system to improve the efficiency of food circulation;and strengthening international food cooperation and enhance the ability to control international food sources.
