摘　　要：随着生物技术的不断发展,促使细胞产品在医药和再生医学中得到广泛的应用,其中的质量控制至关重要。酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)以高灵敏度和特异性著称的检测手段之一,它在细胞产品质量检验方面是必不可少的。鉴于此,本文以ELISA和其他实验室技术在细胞产品质量检验中的应用方面进行进一步的探究。With the continuous development of biotechnology,cell products have been widely used in medicine and regenerative medicine,and quality control is crucial.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is one of the detection methods known for its high sensitivity and specificity,and it is essential in the quality inspection of cell products.In view of this,this article further explores the application of ELISA and other laboratory techniques in the quality inspection of cell products.
