摘  要:目的 探讨基于高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)多组分定量联合灰色关联度分析的三七综合质量评价。方法 采用HPLC法同时测定不同产地、不同商品规格三七样品中三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd含量,结合灰色关联法建立整体质量评价模型。结果 所建立方法同时测定了三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd成分含量,方法学考察结果良好;灰色关联法可以区分出道地产区样品、合格样品和不合格样品。结论 构建HPLC多组分定量与灰色关联度融合模型,可以为精准评估三七药材质量提供科学评价依据。Objective To explore the comprehensive quality evaluation of Panax notoginseng based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)multi-component quantification combined with grey relational analysis.Methods HPLC was used to simultaneously determine the contents of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1,and Rd in Panax notoginseng samples from different origins and different commercial specifications.A comprehensive quality evaluation model was established by combining the grey relational method.Results The established method simultaneously determined the contents of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1,and Rd,with good methodological investigation results.The grey relational method could distinguish between samples from authentic origins,qualified samples,and unqualified samples.Conclusion The fusion model of HPLC multi-component quantification and grey relational analysis was constructed to accurately evaluate the quality of Panax notoginseng,providing a scientific evaluation basis.
