摘 要:中央在京单位的住房货币化改革工作自1998年开展以来,各单位积极配合改革工作,解决职工住房问题。在政策实施后的实践过程中,也逐渐发现了一些问题:随着居民的住房需求和住房价格的不断增长,当下住房补贴发放标准已无法满足职工购房需求,以及住房补贴的发放存在滞后的情况。该文通过分析住房货币化的基本情况、住房相关补贴政策比较、实践过程中存在的问题、改革过程中的高校举措,以期解决职工住房问题,解决新老职工的后顾之忧,提高人民生活水平,增加幸福指数。Since the housing monetization reform of the central government in Beijing was carried out in 1998,all units have actively cooperated with the reform work to solve the housing problem of employees.In the process of practice after the implementation of the policy,some problems have gradually been found.With the continuous growth of residents'housing demand and housing prices,the current housing subsidy issuance standards have been unable to meet the needs of employees to purchase houses,and the issuance of housing subsidies has lagged behind.This paper analyzes the basic situation of housing monetization,the comparison of housing-related subsidy policies,the problems existing in the practice process,and the university measures in the reform process,in order to solve the housing problems of employees,solve the worries of new and old employees,improve people's living standards,and increase happiness index.
