摘 要:为了降低水厂能耗、运行成本,提升水厂的运行经济效益,通过以夹江县青衣水厂为案例,对以费用最低为目的的最优控制策略进行了探索分析,首先简单介绍了水厂基本情况,随后从自动化控制系统应用的角度出发,提出了一些节能降耗措施,随后从科学调度的角度出发,提出了一些节能降耗措施,实践表明,相应节能降耗措施的应用,既能够降低水厂运行生产的费用,还能够满足居民用水需求,更好地展现水厂生产价值。To reduce energy consumption,operating costs,and enhance the economic efficiency of water plant operations,this article takes Qingyi Water Plant in Jiajiang County as a case study to explore and analyze optimal control strategies aimed at minimizing costs.First,the basic situation of the water plant is briefly introduced.Then,from the perspective of the application of automated control systems,some energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures are proposed.Additionally,some further energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures are proposed from the perspective of scientific dispatching.Practice has shown that the application of these corresponding measures can not only reduce the operating costs of the water plant but also meet the water needs of residents,better demonstrating the production value of the water plant.
