摘 要:从社会分层视角出发,基于“双师型”教师概念和内涵,提出将高校教师队伍按照“核心竞争力”进行分层。构建基于“核心竞争力”指标的教师专业能力评价体系,分为骨干教师、专业带头人和指导专家3个层次、9个阶段。搭建“立德树人-任务驱动-分层施策-制度保障”相结合的“四维一体”成长体系,对处于不同层次、阶段的教师专业能力针对性提升,并给出具体的实施路径和策略。通过教育部“双高计划”建设单位所属专业群教师团队的实践验证,为高校教师队伍建设提供了理论指导和实践依据。From the perspective of social stratification and based on the concept and connotation of"double-posi⁃tion"teachers,this paper proposes stratifying university teachers according to their"core competitiveness."It es⁃tablishes an evaluation system for teachers'professional competence based on"core competitiveness"indicators,di⁃vided into three levels:backbone teachers,professional leaders,and guiding experts,with nine stages within these levels.A"four-dimensional integration"growth system combining"morality cultivation,task-driven,stratified policy implementation,and institutional guarantee"is constructed to enhance the professional competence of teach⁃ers at different levels and stages in a targeted manner.Specific implementation paths and strategies are provided.The practical validation of the teacher team within the professional groups affiliated with the construction units of the Ministry of Education's"Double High-level Plan"provides theoretical guidance and practical evidence for the construction of university teacher teams.
