全域旅游视角下县域旅游发展路径研究——以海阳市为例

摘　　要：全域旅游是一种全新的旅游发展模式,将全域资源有机整合、各产业深度融合,调动全社会共同参与,提升游客旅游体验,从而促进经济社会全方位发展。发展全域旅游不仅有利于推动旅游业高质量发展,也是促进产业融合发展、推动经济转型升级、塑造城市良好形象的重要抓手。海阳市位于胶东半岛南端、黄海之滨,地处青岛、烟合、威海三座城市的中间地带,与日本、韩国隔海相望,是环渤海经济圈的重要城市。文章基于全域旅游发展背景,从海阳市推进全域旅游的现状出发,分析其中存在的问题,并提出相关发展建议,以期推动城市高质量发展。All-for-One Tourism represents a novel tourism development model that organically integrates all re⁃sources within a region,fosters deep integration among various industries,engages the entire society in participa⁃tion,and enhances tourists'travel experiences,thereby promoting comprehensive economic and social development.The development of All-for-One Tourism not only facilitates the high-quality development of the tourism indus⁃try but also serves as a crucial lever for promoting industrial integration,economic transformation and upgrading,and shaping a positive city image.Located at the southern tip of the Jiaodong Peninsula and by the Yellow Sea,Haiyang City sits in the middle of Qingdao,Yantai,and Weihai,facing Japan and South Korea across the sea,and is an important city in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle.Based on the background of All-for-One Tourism devel⁃opment,this paper analyzes the current status of Haiyang City's promotion of All-for-One Tourism,identifies ex⁃isting issues,and proposes relevant development suggestions,aiming to promote high-quality urban development.
