摘　　要：目的了解2004-2022年山西省太原市布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)疫情的变化趋势,为布病防控政策制定提供参考依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统,收集发病时间为2004年1月1日至2022年12月31日、现住址为太原市的人间布病疫情资料。采用描述性流行病学方法分析布病的时间、地区、人群分布特征。结果2004-2022年,太原市共报告布病病例1834例,年均发病率为2.25/10万,各年份布病发病率呈现波动上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=428.04,P<0.001)。发病时间主要集中在2-8月,占总病例数的76.94%(1411/1834),5月为发病高峰(283例)。各县(市、区)布病发病率范围为0~38.37/10万,2021年娄烦县发病率最高。男性1470例、女性364例,男女性别比为4.04∶1.00。年龄范围为1~95岁,其中1~29岁年龄组占14.29%(262/1834)、30~39岁年龄组占13.14%(241/1834)、40~49岁年龄组占21.05%(386/1834)、50~59岁年龄组占27.54%(505/1834)、60~95岁年龄组占23.99%(440/1834)。职业以农牧民为主,占67.23%(1233/1834)。结论2004-2022年,太原市布病疫情呈现波动上升趋势,男性、中老年、农牧民为主要发病人群。Objective To study the changing trend of brucellosis epidemic in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province from 2004 to 2022,and to provide reference for formulating brucellosis prevention and control policies.Methods Through the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System,the epidemic data of human brucellosis with the onset time from January 1,2004 to December 31,2022 and the current address in Taiyuan City were collected.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the temporal,regional,and population distribution characteristics of brucellosis.Results From 2004 to 2022,a total of 1834 cases of brucellosis were reported in Taiyuan City,with an average annual incidence rate of 2.25/100000.The incidence rate of brucellosis in each year showed a fluctuating upward trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=428.04,P<0.001).The onset time was mainly concentrated from February to August,accounting for 76.94%(1411/1834)of the total cases,with May being the peak month(283 cases).The incidence rate of brucellosis in all counties(cities and districts)ranged from 0 to 38.37/100000,with the highest incidence rate in Loufan County in 2021.There were 1470 males and 364 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 4.04∶1.00.The age range was 1 to 95 years old,among which the 1-29 age group accounted for 14.29%(262/1834),the 30-39 age group accounted for 13.14%(241/1834),the 40-49 age group accounted for 21.05%(386/1834),the 50-59 age group accounted for 27.54%(505/1834),and the 60-95 age group accounted for 23.99%(440/1834).The main occupation was farmers and herdsmen,accounting for 67.23%(1233/1834).Conclusion From 2004 to 2022,the epidemic of brucellosis in Taiyuan City shows a fluctuating upward trend,with males,middle-aged and elderly people,and farmers and herdsmen as the main affected population.
