摘　　要：农村金融资源配置失衡影响农村新质生产力和农业现代化发展,是推进中国式现代化进程中需要破解的一大难题。研究发现,金融机构在分配资金时的选择性偏差直接导致了金融资源配置不均,而农村经济的经营发展特性、农村金融基础设施建设水平以及农村金融环境等系统性因素,是影响农村金融资源配置失衡的更深层次原因。因此,要根本改善农村金融服务,重点应放在深层次问题的破解上,如改进金融服务模式、制定差异化政策、提高执行效率、加强监管、建立评估与反馈机制、提升金融机构社会责任、强化基础设施建设、利用金融科技和提高农民金融素养等。In the context of rural revitalization,the development of rural finance is crucial for promoting agricultural modernization and improving the well-being of farmers,and the problem of uneven allocation of rural financial resources is an important constraint on the current rural economic development.Research has found that the selective bias of financial institutions in allocating funds directly leads to uneven allocation of financial resources,while systemic factors such as the operational development characteristics of rural economy,the level of rural financial infrastructure construction,and the rural financial environment are the deeper reasons that affect the imbalance of rural financial resource allocation.Therefore,in order to fundamentally improve rural financial services,the focus should be on solving deep-seated problems,such as improving financial service models,formulating differentiated policies,improving execution efficiency,strengthening supervision,establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms,enhancing the social responsibility of financial institutions,strengthening infrastructure construction,utilizing financial technology,and enhancing the financial literacy of farmers.
