摘　　要：1938年11月,华北日军参谋部成立“灭共委员会”,专门从事对中国共产党的情报调查活动。该机关成立后,发布大量报告,刊行“反共”月刊,监视中国共产党的发展状况。作为侵华日军的“信息桥头堡”,该机关的调查活动为日军制订军事行动计划、出台占领地政策提供信息支持,使日军正视中国共产党这个强劲对手,对侵略活动起到重要辅助作用。In November 1938,the Japanese invading army in North China formed the“CPC Extinction Committee”,which was to specifically carry out intelligence activities against the Communist Party of China.After its establishment,the agency issued a large number of reports,published an“anti⁃communist”monthly magazine and monitored the development of the CPC.As an“information outpost”for the Japanese invading army,its intelligence activities provided critical information support for Japanese Army to formulate military action plans and occupation policies.These intelligence operations prompted the Japanese invaders to consider the CPC a strong rival that had to be contended with and they played a crucial role in supporting Japan's invasion activities in China.
