新时代我国民宿业存在的治安问题及其防治路径

摘　　要：民宿业是新时代共享经济背景下出现的新业态和新行业,已成为人们旅游住宿的重要选择,发展空间广阔。民宿业在促进经济发展的同时,还存在新型违法犯罪频发、治安灾害事故常发和个人信息泄露多发等治安问题,影响人民群众生命财产安全和社会稳定。民宿业治安问题的发生,主要是民宿业治安管理法律法规不完善、政府相关部门监管不力、安全防范设施投入不足等原因造成,需采取树立民宿业社会治安治理理念、完善民宿业治安管理法律法规、提升民宿业安全监管能力和水平等路径予以防控,以期减少民宿业治安问题的发生,营造安定有序的民宿环境,促进我国民宿业健康发展。The home-stay industry is a new business and industry that has emerged in the context of the sharing economy in the new era.It has become an important choice for people’s tourism and accommodation,with broad development space.While promoting economic development,the home-stay industry also faces security issues such as frequent occurrence of new illegal crimes,security disasters,and personal information leaks,which affect the safety of people’s lives and property and social stability.The occurrence of security issues in the home-stay industry is mainly caused by incomplete laws and regulations on security management,inadequate supervision by relevant government departments,and insufficient investment in safety prevention facilities.It is necessary to establish a concept of social security governance in the home-stay industry,improve the legal and regulatory framework for security management in the home-stay industry,and enhance the ability and level of security supervision in the home-stay industry to prevent and control them,in order to reduce the occurrence of security issues in the home-stay industry,create a stable and orderly home-stay environment,and promote the healthy development of the home-stay industry in China.
