党建引领“文化润疆”工作的实践路径探究

摘　　要：“文化润疆”的提出,是中国共产党对实现新疆工作总目标的系统把握和深层谋划,是实现新疆各族群众精神富足的实践进路。党建引领“文化润疆”工作契合新时代党的使命与责任,是应对当前国际国内形势的现实需要,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的牢固抓手,也是满足新疆人民美好生活需要的重要手段。党建引领“文化润疆”工作可以从发挥党组织的定向把关、物质保障和动力激发功能,以及理念引领、保障引领和创新引领等方面具体实施。The proposal of“Cultural enrichment in Xinjiang”is a systematic grasp and deep plan of the CPC to achieve the general goal of Xinjiang work,and a practical approach to realize the spiritual enrichment of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.The work of Party building leading the“Cultural Enrichment in Xinjiang”is in line with the mission and responsibility of the Party in the new era.It is a practical need to respond to the current international and domestic situation,a solid grip to forge a sense of community for the Chinese nation,and an important means to meet the needs of the people of Xinjiang for a better life.Party building can lead the work of“Cultural enrichment in Xinjiang”by leveraging the directional control,material guarantee,and power stimulation functions of party organizations,and implementing specific measures in terms of ideological guidance,guarantee guidance,and innovation guidance.
