胶体金法与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验在梅毒诊断中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的对比胶体金法检测与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验在诊断梅毒中的作用。方法以2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日,我院收治的78例疑似梅毒患者为分析对象,对所有患者均实施胶体金法检测与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验,检验操作均按照说明书严格执行。参照梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验结果,比较胶体金法检测与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果胶体金法检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度依次为93.24%、75%、92.31%,甲苯胺红不加热血清试验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度依次为82.43%、50%、80.77%,甲苯胺红不加热血清试验低于胶体金法检测,差异P<0.05。结论胶体金法检测在梅毒检验中,相较于甲苯胺红不加热血清试验而言有更高的灵敏度、准确性,值得关注推行。Objective To compare the role of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and toluidine red unheated serum test in the diagnosis of syphilis.Methods 78 suspected syphilis patients in our hospital were analyzed from January 1st,2023 to December 31st,2023,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and toluidine red unheated serum test were performed on all patients,and the testing procedures were strictly followed according to the instructions.Compare the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and toluidine red unheated serum test based on the results of syphilis Treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination test.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were 93.24%,75%,and 92.31%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the toluene red unheated serum test were 82.43%,50%,and 80.77%,respectively.The toluene red unheated serum test was lower than the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusion Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)has higher sensitivity and accuracy in syphilis testing compared to the non heated serum test with toluidine red,and is worthy of attention and promotion.
