摘 要:随着环境保护要求的提高和能源利用效率的不断增加,硫磺回收技术及相关设备的性能优化成为研究的热点。硫磺回收过程中,氢分析仪扮演了极其重要的角色,其分析结果直接关联到生产安全和产品质量。本研究围绕硫磺回收中氢分析仪的预处理系统,提出了一系列创新的改造策略。改造策略包括采用新型滤材、优化温度与湿度控制策略,旨在提升氢分析仪的分析准确度、设备稳定性以及降低维护成本。With the increasing requirements for environmental protection and the continuous improvement of energy utilization efficiency,the optimization of sulfur recovery technology and related equipment's performance has become a research hotspot.Hydrogen analyzers play an extremely important role in the sulfur recovery process,as their analysis results are directly related to production safety and product quality.This study focuses on the pretreatment system of hydrogen analyzers in sulfur recovery and proposes a series of innovative transformation strategies.These strategies include the adoption of new filter materials and the optimization of temperature and humidity control strategies,aiming to improve the analytical accuracy and equipment stability of the hydrogen analyzer while reducing maintenance costs.
