摘 要:松动部件检测系统是一种先进的在线监测设备,其主要作用是实时监测核反应堆冷却剂回路并检测松脱的金属部件。这些松动的金属部件在反应堆内产生撞击振动,系统将采集到的信号进行处理后送出报警信号。松动部件监测系统功能的实现需要用到的一个核心部件就是电荷放大器。以秦山第一核电厂松动部件监测系统电荷放大器国外厂家已停产为项目背景,研制出了替代型号电荷放大器。设计的国产化电荷放大器经过与原设备的对比实验,结果显示该电荷放大器具备可靠的工作能力和稳定的运行表现。The loose parts monitoring system is an advanced online monitoring equipment,whose main function is to monitor the nuclear reactor coolant loop in real-time and detect loose metal parts.These loose metal parts generate impact vibrations within the reactor,and the system processes the collected signals and sends out alarm signals.A core component required for the implementation of the loose parts monitoring system's functionality is the charge amplifier.Taking the discontinuation of the foreign manufacturer's charge amplifier for the loose parts monitoring system of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant 1 as the project background,an alternative model of charge amplifier has been developed.After comparison experiments with the original equipment,the results show that the domestically designed charge amplifier has reliable working capabilities and stable performance.
