摘　　要：目的 分析Nice结联合外固定治疗掌指骨不稳定骨折的疗效。方法 选取如皋市人民医院2020年6月~2023年9月收治的掌指骨不稳定骨折患者88例,按治疗方法分为2组,对照组43例采用Nice结联合内固定治疗,观察组45例采用Nice结联合外固定治疗,对比两组手术效果。结果 观察组临床疗效、手部功能恢复效果较对照组高(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、手术时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组骨代谢指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月内,两组并发症发生率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 对掌指骨不稳定骨折患者采取Nice结联合外固定治疗,可显著加快患者骨折愈合,减轻患者疼痛程度,改善骨代谢指标,缩短患者住院时间,并发症发生率较低。Objective To analyze the effect of nice knot combined with external fixation on un⁃stable fracture of metacarpal bone.Methods A total of 88 patients with unstable metacarpal and phalangeal bone fractures admitted to Rugao People’s Hospital from June 2020 to Septem⁃ber 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to treatment methods.Fourty⁃three patients in the control group were treated with nice knot combined with internal fixation,and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with nice knot combined with external fixation.The opera⁃tion effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical efficacy and hand function recovery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after the operation,the pain degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,hospitalization time and operation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the level of bone metabolism indexes in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in 3 months after operation had significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nice knot and external fixation in patients with unstable metacarpal and phalangeal fractures can significantly accelerate fracture healing,reduce pain,improve bone metabolism indexes,short⁃en hospital stay and lower complication rate.
