摘　　要：目的 建立一种餐(饮)具中阴离子合成洗涤剂分光光度检测方法。方法 根据标准要求获得样品制备液,加入硼砂处理,获得稳定的缓冲处理液。在硼砂缓冲液体系内,阴离子合成洗涤剂(以十二烷基苯磺酸钠计,简称DBS)与维多利亚蓝B(简称VBB)反应生成离子缔合物。该离子缔合物相在658 nm和440 nm分别有较大的正负吸光度。根据光吸收比差法,可对阴离子合成洗涤剂准确定量。结果 方法相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.35%~1.18%之间(n=7),精密度高;平均回收率在99.8%~100.8%之间,准确度好。结论 方法为水相分光分光度法,不使用有机溶剂,环保安全;方法操作简便,检测时间较国标方法大大缩短;方法具有较好的精密度和准确度,可适用于餐(饮)具中阴离子合成洗涤剂的快速检测。Objective To develop a spectrophotometric method for the determination of anionic synthetic detergent on tableware.Methods After obtaining the sample preparation solution according to the standard requirements,adding borax treatment to obtain a stable buffer treatment solution.The anionic synthetic detergent(DBS)reacts with Victoria Blue B(VBB)to form ion association complex in borax buffer liquid system.The ion-associated phase has large positive and negative absorbance at 658 nm and 440 nm,and the anionic synthetic detergent can be accurately quantified by the light absorption ratio method.Results The method had high precision with the RSD of 0.35%-1.18%(n=7),and the recoveries were between 96.0%and 102.0%,and the accuracy was good.Conclusion The method is water-phase spectrophotometry,and no organic solvent is used,which is environmentally friendly and safe.The method is easy to operate,and the detection time is greatly shortened compared with the national standard method.The method has good precision and accuracy,and can be applied to the rapid detection of anionic synthetic detergents on tableware.
