摘  要:本文分析了吉水县螺田大蒜的特性指标,重点研究了地理环境对螺田大蒜大蒜素含量的影响,以及加工文化对大蒜素含量、维生素C含量的影响,旨在为提升螺田大蒜加工品质,助力螺田大蒜成功申报地理标志产品,促进螺田大蒜产业高质量发展提供参考。This article analyzes the characteristic indicators of Luotian garlic in Jishui County,focusing on the influence of geographical environment on the allicin content of Luotian garlic,as well as the influence of processing culture on the content of allicin and vitamin C.The aim is to provide reference for improving the processing quality of Luotian garlic,assisting Luotian garlic successfully applying for geographical indication products,and promoting the high-quality development of the Luotian garlic industry.
