辛芩颗粒在过敏性鼻炎患者治疗中的应用及对其炎性指标变化的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨过敏性鼻炎患者采用辛芩颗粒治疗对其临床症状、免疫调节、炎症反应的影响。方法 选取80例该院从2021年10月—2022年9月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者,按随机数字表法,分组为观察组和对照组(每组各40例)。按随机数字表法,对照组患者给予氯雷他定片进行治疗,观察组在对照组患者基础上给予辛芩颗粒进行治疗,两组均治疗2周。把两组患者临床效果、中医症状评分、血清相关因子、细胞免疫指标水平、不良反应发生情况各项指标进行比较。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率与对照组相比较高;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者喷嚏、流涕、鼻堵和鼻痒症状评分,血清免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobubin E,IgE)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(vascular cellad hesion molecule-1,VCAM-1)水平,外周血CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)水平及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比值降低,其中观察组低于对照组,血清干扰素-γ(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)及外周血CD_(8)^(+)水平升高,而对照组相较于观察组,处于较低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)两组患者治疗期间的不良反应总发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 辛芩颗粒应用于过敏性鼻炎患者可提升临床治疗效果,改善中医症状,抑制炎症反应,维持免疫平衡,且无较大不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of Xinqin Granule(辛芩颗粒)on clinical symptoms,immune regulation and inflammatory response in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to tje hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with loratadine tablets,and those in the observation group were treated with Xinqin Granule on the basis of patients in the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,TCM symptom scores,serum related factors,cellular immune index level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction and nasal itching,the levels of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),the levels of peripheral blood CD_(3)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) ratio of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2)and periph-eral blood CD_(8)^(+) in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the statistical software results were different(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Xinqin Granule in patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the clinical treatment effect and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,maintain the immune balance and has no major adverse reactions,with high safety.
