寒地儿童哮喘用药特色浅析

摘　　要：龙江寒地儿科是中医学术流派的重要一支,饱含其鲜明的地域特征。受寒地特殊的地域、起居、饮食等影响,寒地儿童体质以伏寒体质、蕴湿体质多见。基于寒地儿童体质特点及小儿生理病理特点,结合寒地儿童哮喘的病邪特点,浅析寒地儿科医家在治疗儿童哮喘上的治法用药特色:因人制宜,辨体论治;因地制宜,详辨外邪;治病求本,扶正祛邪。通过总结寒地儿童体质及浅析儿童哮喘用药特色,冀期为临证治疗该病提供理论指导。Longjiang cold area pediatrics is an important branch of the academic school of traditional Chinese medicine,which is full of its distinctive regional characteristics.Affected by the special region,daily life and diet in cold areas,the physique of children in cold areas is mostly cold and dampness.Based on the physical characteristics and physiological and pathological characteristics of children in cold areas,combined with the pathogenic characteristics of children asthma in cold areas,this paper analyzed the treatment and medication characteristics of paediatricians in cold areas in the treatment of children asthma:adjusting measures to individual conditions,distinguishing body and treating;adjusting measures to local conditions and distinguishing the external evils in detail;treating diseases and seeking the root,supporting the right Qi and dispelling the evils.By summarizing the constitution of children in cold areas and analyzing the medication characteristics of children asthma,hoping to provide the theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of this disease.
