摘  要:环保创新型涂料的发展,驱使低碳绿色型涂料助剂的技术创新与发展。本文综述了助剂的原料选择和制备工艺技术创新两个方面在环保型助剂中的研究进展。原料的选择方面,主要致力于可降解、来源广泛以及可再生的生物基材料,对其进行改性以制备性能优异的助剂;制备工艺方面,主要在制造过程中以及最终产品上减少不友好材料的使用。此外,还介绍了环保助剂在水性涂料、高固体分涂料和粉末涂料中的应用,为未来环保型助剂的研发与应用拓宽了一些新的视野。采用无挥发性溶剂需求的合成工艺、低能耗的生产装备生产出的具有可持续发展、生物降解等特性的环保创新型涂料助剂,不仅推动了涂料行业的绿色转型,也为实现可持续发展目标贡献了重要力量。The development of environmentally friendly innovative coatings drives the technological innovation of preparation and development of low-carbon green coating additives.In this paper,the development of environmentally friendly additives in raw material selection and preparation technology innovation were reviewed.In terms of the selection of raw materials,degradable,widely sourced and renewable bio-based materials were mainly focused,and modifications were conducted to prepare additives with excellent performance.In terms of preparation technology,reducing the use of unfriendly materials in manufacturing process and final products was the focus.Furthermore,the practical application of environmentally additives in waterborne coatings,high solid coatings and powder coatings were introduced,which provided some new perspectives for the study and application of environmentally friendly additives in the future.Environmentally friendly and innovative coating additives with sustainable development and biodegradability characteristics produced by adopting a synthetic process that does not require volatile solvents and low-energy production equipment,has not only promotes the green transformation of the coating industry,but also contributes significantly to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
