摘　　要：深大院主持了万科四季花城1-4期项目的总体规划,主步行广场的景观设计,一至四期的主要居住组团和主要公共建筑的设计。该规划设计运用了“新城市主义”理念,以小镇为主题线索,采用了外环路+尽端路组织交通的车行体系,结合横贯东西的步行序列空间(包括“开放式商场”及社会广场等其它服务设施),使人车得到水平划分。The Shenzhen Institute of Architectural Design led the overall planning,landscape design of the main pedestrian plaza,and architectural design for the primary residential clusters and public buildings across all four phases of the Vanke Four Seasons Flower City project.This master plan incorporates“New Urbanism”principles,with the theme of a small town and a transportation system organized by an outer ring road and dead-end streets,creating a network that separates pedestrian and vehicle pathways.A pedestrian corridor runs east to west,connecting open-air shopping areas,community plazas,and other facilities,enhancing convenience and safety.
