摘　　要：宁波新闻文化中心位于宁波市中心的灵桥东侧,奉化江南岸,其主楼部分是宁波日报社的办公综合楼,沿江裙房部分及其东北面的绿化广场成为为市民服务的文化艺术中心和展览中心,总建筑面积约为4.9万平方米,高57.65米,地上十三层,地下一层。The Ningbo News and Cultural Center is located on the south bank of the Fenghua River,east of Ling Bridge in downtown Ningbo.The main building serves as the office complex for Ningbo Daily,while the riverside podium and the northeastern green plaza function as a cultural and exhibition center for the public.The center has a total area of approximately 49,000 square meters,with a height of 57.65 meters,comprising 13 floors above ground and one basement level.
