摘　　要：报业大厦为深圳特区报总部的办公楼。楼高42层(局部47层)、主体高168米,塔尖高260米。主体塔楼9~40层为办公用房,41、42层为国际会议厅及俱乐部,四层裙房中设有展厅、餐厅、700座会议厅等用房。基地位于深圳市中心区边缘,面朝城市主干道—深南大道,在城市环境中位置十分显要。为了与新市中心的建筑相适应,大厦的造型以现代风格为基调,同时通过斜线构图,“球体”、“船形”等建筑语汇,产生业主所期望的形象象征及个性。The Press Building serves as the headquarters office for Shenzhen Special Zone Daily.It stands 42 stories tall(partially 47 stories)with a main height of 168 meters and a tower tip height of 260 meters.The main tower contains office spaces from the 9th to the 40th floors,while the 41st and 42nd floors house an international conference hall and a club.The four-story podium includes exhibition halls,a restaurant,and a conference hall with a capacity of 700 seats.Located on the edge of the central area of Shenzhen,the building faces Shennan Avenue,a major city thoroughfare,making it highly prominent within the urban environment.To harmonize with the new city center's architecture,the building is designed in a modern style,employing diagonal lines and architectural elements such as"spheres"and"ships"to convey the desired symbolic image and personality of the owner.
