摘　　要：项目位于南海大道与工业七路西侧交界地块,东侧北侧为住宅区,南侧为办公区,西望大南山公园,与蛇口体育中心隔路相望。校园建于2002年,总用地面积9058平方米,总建筑面积9764平方米,现状规模为28班小学。总体布局呈现为传统典型“S”型结构,南北长,东西窄,运动场位于东北侧。现状校园采用实体围墙,校社边界封闭,校园主入口、家长接送等候空间局促拥挤,教学楼建筑呈现充满不锈钢防盗栏杆的典型“监狱式”立面。Located at the intersection of Nanhai Avenue and Industrial 7th Road,the Yucai No.3 Primary School is bordered by residential areas to the east and north,office spaces to the south,and Dapeng Mountain Park to the west,with Shekou Sports Center across the street.Built in 2002,the school covers a total area of 9,058 square meters,with a total building area of 9,764 square meters,housing 28 classes.The campus follows a traditional"S"-shaped layout,elongated north-south and narrow east-west,with a sports field in the northeast corner.Currently,the school is enclosed by solid walls,with restricted community access,a congested main entrance,and crowded pickup areas.The main building facade is equipped with extensive stainless-steel security bars,giving it a"prison-like"appearance.
