摘　　要：项目位于深圳市大鹏半岛南澳西涌海滨旅游度假区项目位于西涌,位于深圳市大鹏半岛的最南端,是深圳东部重要的旅游基地。游客集散中心是西涌海滨浴场的二号入口,未来E、F地块将合并建设,F地块是游客停车场,E地块建设游客集散中心,游客集散中心总面积1800平米,内部包含售票大厅、游客休憩、文化展示、精品商业、团队办公等功能。总体布局将建筑体量置于场地南侧,这样北侧可以形成大的集散广场,原始门球场迁改至场地东北角。Located in the Xichong Beach Resort area on the Dapeng Peninsula at the southern tip of Shenzhen,this project is positioned as an important tourism base in eastern Shenzhen.The Tourist Service Center serves as the second entry point to Xichong Beach,with adjacent E and F plots planned for future development.The F plot will function as the visitor parking area,while the E plot hosts the 1,800-square-meter Tourist Service Center,encompassing a ticket hall,rest areas,cultural displays,boutique retail,and group offices.The design situates the building volume on the southern side of the site,leaving a large gathering plaza to the north.The original gateball court has been relocated to the site's northeast corner.
