摘　　要：玉塘文体中心项目,位于光明区玉塘街道田寮社区,西靠规划通兴路,北临龙湾路,周边建筑以自建房和厂房为主,形态高低错落,街道尺度适宜。项目多种功能复合,包含体育、文化活动、社康中心、配套商业、公交首末站等,定位为街道级文化和综合体育活动中心。设计将文化和综合体育中心主要功能打散,以化整为零的手法,进行有机组合,形成丰富的聚落形态,保证各馆特有形态及空间特点,形成多种多样的室内、外空间组合。The Yutang Cultural and Sports Center is located in the Tianliao community of Yutang Street,Guangming District,bordered by Tongxing Road to the west and Longwan Road to the north.Surrounded by mixed-use buildings and factories,the area features varying building heights and a well-scaled street layout.This project serves as a multi-functional street-level cultural and sports center,incorporating facilities for sports,cultural activities,a community health center,supporting commercial spaces,and a bus terminal.The design disperses the core functions of the cultural and sports center into smaller units,organically arranged to create a village-like layout.This approach preserves the distinct forms and spatial qualities of each facility,offering a diverse combination of indoor and outdoor spaces.
